Thanos Feskos, the renowned head chef of Delta, is celebrated for his mastery of experimental cuisine. This festive season, he brings his innovative dishes exclusively to Intercontinental Maldives, transforming this paradise destination into a culinary haven.

Delta is situated within the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre (SNFCC), an avant-garde complex that also houses the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera. Here at Delta, the highlight of the dining experience is a distinctive 12-course tasting menu that emphasizes innovative fermentation techniques and Scandinavian preservation methods.

Renowned British artist Nina Brooke will reside at InterContinental Maldives from 28th December - 09th January 2025. Guests can join her workshops and admire her seascapes inspired by the Maldives' beauty. Nina's art has been showcased alongside Lucien Freud and Howard Hodgkin at Cork St, London.
