We are honoured to welcome internationally renowned yoga and meditation teacher Tania Romanenko as the retreat facilitator. With a background in dance and somatic movement therapy, Tania brings over a decade of experience guiding others through deeply healing practices that connect body, breath, and emotion. Her teaching style is grounded, intuitive, and heart-centered – creating a safe space for personal transformation and mindful awareness.
Day 1: Arrival & Grounding
Theme: Set intentions and arrive in the present moment
Evening Yin Yoga (60 mins): Deep stretches after the flight to release tension and open the body
Guided Meditation (20 mins): Centering meditation to set your retreat intentions
Day 2: Connection to Breath & Body
Theme: Cultivate mindfulness and awareness through breath and movement
Sunrise Pranayama & Mindfulness Meditation (20 mins): Sunrise Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation (20 min): Focused on gratitude with breathing exercises to awaken and energize. Meditation to clear the mind.
Morning Hatha Yoga (60 mins): Traditional Hatha Yoga; a slow and steady practice to connect body and mind.
Day 3: Family Constellations & Heart Opening
Theme: Heal through self-awareness and familial connection
Sunrise Heart-Opening Yoga (60 mins): Heart-opening poses to prepare for emotional work.
Family Constellations Session (3 hours): A transformative group therapy experience to explore family dynamics, release generational patterns, and foster healing.
Day 4: Embracing Nature & Joyful Movement
Theme: Find balance and connect with nature
Sunrise Pranayama & Meditation (20 mins): Begin the day with calm presence
Morning Yoga Flow (60 mins): Yoga flow class focused on balancing postures
Closing Circle: A practice for expressing your feelings and thoughts about the retreat and experience at the resort
