Offer valid for new bookings made from now until 19 December 2026.
The offer is valid for stays from 24 December 2026 to 09 January 2027.
Applicable minimum length of stay of 4 nights.
Compulsory Festive Gala Dinner Supplement applies on 31 December for all guests aged 7 years and above.
Applicable to all Villas and Residences per night, as per base occupancy.
Children aged 12 and above will be considered as adults, and an additional supplement will be applied during the payment process for accommodation and transfers.
A quick note on your seaplane transfers: these are already included in your package at no extra cost. You may notice a transfer charge reflected during the booking process, please be assured our team is aware of this and you will not be charged extra.
Children under 12 years stay free when sharing a room with their parents (maximum occupancy applies). Seaplane transfers for two are included, and any additional pax will be charged accordingly. A green tax will be charged.
Children under 12 years will dine for free on the booked meal plan of their parents from kids menu. Children dining from the Adult A la Carte menu will receive kids portion with 50% discount.
A one-night deposit is required at booking; cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
