Can you share a bit about your culinary journey and how your passion for cooking developed?
At the tender age of 16, I stepped into the world of culinary arts, embarking on a journey to shape my destiny. Trained by captivating and passionate chefs in France, their secrets became the foundation of my culinary identity. Over a decade in various Michelin-starred restaurants and international expeditions to Brazil, Russia, and the UAE enriched my skills and fostered creativity.
What inspired you to specialize in Haute Cuisine?
Haute cuisine, with its artistic essence, resonated with my soul. Considering myself an artist above all, the creative dimension of this culinary universe captivated me.
What innovative vision do you bring to your culinary approach, especially in the Maldivian setting?
Merging French techniques with local culture and ingredients allows for the creation of excellent, and unique dishes. The key is to respect the environment, draw inspiration from local culture, and infuse my personal touch.
